Characters

LumenRT includes a variety of characters that are fully animated inside of LumenRT. Placing characters in CityEngine is similar to placing general assets by specifying a location and then loading the object. Characters are grouped into several categories based on the action being performed:

  • Talking
  • Walking
  • Standing

Character(CharacterName) – creates a LumenRT character.

String CharacterName: The name of the character asset.

Example:

LumenRT.Character(LumenRT.GetRandomCharacterTalking) – loads a talking character at the current scope location.
